Associate Optometrist

At EssilorLuxottica, we're committed to delivering exceptional eye care and exceptional experiences. As an Associate Optometrist, you'll play a key role in leading our team to achieve outstanding results and exceeding patient expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the MOD and store team to drive executional excellence and winning results.
  • Manage key performance indicators and hold yourself and others accountable for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and community leaders to establish EssilorLuxottica as the leading optical provider.
  • Provide exceptional patient service by addressing visual lifestyle needs, making eyewear recommendations, and communicating effectively with patients.
  • Conduct services in accordance with protocol and accepted standards of care, ensuring accurate diagnoses and recommendations.
  • Lead by example, maintaining a positive culture and promoting associate decision-making and growth.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Optometry degree
  • Commitment to quality patient care and staying up-to-date with current Optometric theory and technology
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
