Optometrist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As an Optometrist Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and leading our team to achieve clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Clinical Team: Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Develop and Implement Clinical Protocols: Design and implement clinical protocols to ensure consistency and excellence in patient care.
- Provide Exceptional Patient Care: Deliver high-quality patient care, addressing all visual lifestyle needs and making eyewear recommendations based on patient needs.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, explaining each step of the eye exam and utilizing visual aids to summarize and ensure patients understand their vision, eye health, and overall well-being.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and lead by example, ensuring all team members adhere to the highest standards of care.
- Doctor of Optometry: Possess a Doctor of Optometry degree and maintain State Licensure in good standing.
- Strong Clinical Skills: Demonstrate strong clinical skills, including knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.
