Habilitation Program Supervisor

Suburban Adult Services Inc. is seeking a committed Enhanced Living Coordinator to oversee and guide our Enhanced Residential Supervisor. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related discipline, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a residential or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor the performance of assigned personnel, including scheduling and management
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for individuals
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and organizational policies
- Engage in mandatory training sessions and provide educational support to staff
- Supervise, mentor, and enhance the skills of assigned personnel
- Make programmatic choices utilizing a person-centered methodology
- Manage oversight of representative payee accounts and associated funds
- Identify and promptly communicate any risk factors to administrative and clinical teams
- Complete Community Activity Plans (CAPS) for all mandated activities
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations
- Must acquire and maintain necessary training certifications
- Possession of a valid NYS driver's license is required
- Familiarity with OPWDD and regulatory compliance is essential
Work Environment:
- Travel to various meeting sites and training sessions is necessary
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field plus one year of experience, OR an Associate's Degree with three years of experience, OR equivalent experience in a related field, OR a High School Diploma with five years of experience
- Comprehensive understanding of OPWDD and regulatory compliance
