As an Administrative Manager at Tria Federal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Digital Engineering Department. You will develop, analyze, and review various requests from supported codes, promote employee development plans, monitor incentives awards, and provide administrative support for the Business Directorate's stakeholders.

As a valued member of our team, you will be part of a comprehensive compensation structure that includes competitive base salaries, performance-based incentives, spot bonuses, referral bonuses, and more. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,000 to $63,000 (Annually USD).

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, analyze, and review various requests from supported codes, such as hiring packages, seating assignments, and onboarding.
  • Promote the development and execution of employee development plans with management.
  • Monitor the incentives awards program to ensure compliance with allocations.
  • Provide support on staffing, human resources actions, pay plan/performance, oversight for timekeeping approvals, travel comp time, office/personnel facilities move requests, and administrative support for the Business Directorate's stakeholders.
  • Perform a variety of other administrative support functions for senior leaders and several Divisions.
  • Process Access Enforcer requests and provide guidance to the customer regarding Enterprise Resource Planning for Role Mapping and Administrative matters.
  • Support the Administrative Branch Manager, which the contractor is responsible for administering and responding to with status and results as required.
  • Advise Stakeholders on courses of action regarding administrative processes and tasks.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), experience utilizing Adobe Acrobat, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently. Additionally, outstanding oral and written communications are essential. Professional certifications are not required, but education in related fields is preferred. A.A. in related fields or equivalent experience is required.
