We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at SubCom. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing verification and qualifications plans for undersea network element designs.
Responsibilities:- Execute qualification testing for new products
- Conduct analog and digital circuit design and simulation
- Conduct high voltage design and testing at voltages up to 25 kV
- Contribute to hands-on experimental work on prototype components, circuits, and assemblies
- Document work in reports and presentations
- Report on progress at team meetings and design reviews
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering
- Strong experimental and laboratory skills
- Measurement automation experience with National Instruments products
- Circuit simulation experience with products like PSpice or LTSpice
- Ability to solder and complete electronic circuit assembly and wiring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
