Principal Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team in Portsmouth, RI. As a key member of our Antenna and Microwave Department, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex electrical systems and circuits.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and requirements
- Lead small teams and manage projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on analog and digital design
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with simulation tools such as PSpice and Matlab
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management and project management principles
