Compensation: $24-30/hour
Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for executing daily supply chain operations, including the procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution of both GMP and non-GMP materials to support various organizational needs, including laboratory and manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping of laboratory, manufacturing, and office supplies while ensuring the supply chain areas are organized and compliant with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Laboratory, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams to secure necessary documentation for processing orders and managing material transfers.
  • Maintain accurate chain of custody and documentation for material transfers to uphold traceability and compliance with established protocols.
  • Input purchasing transactions and inventory data into an electronic database while maintaining necessary paper records as per procedural requirements.
  • Monitor lead times and delivery schedules, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders involved.
  • Conduct inventory audits to ensure precise counts of all inventory items.
  • Verify that all received items are correctly accounted for and reject any materials showing signs of damage.
  • Work closely with department managers to ensure that ordered materials align with the company’s quality and budgetary standards.
  • Uphold workspace organization by implementing the 5S methodology.
  • Adhere to safe work practices and report any unsafe conditions to supervisory personnel.

Qualifications:
  • 2-4+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, supplier forecasting, supply chain processes, and material flow.
  • Understanding of GMP and FDA regulations related to the manufacturing of aseptic parenteral products.
  • Ability to work independently on routine tasks while requiring guidance on new assignments.
