**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Customer Satisfaction:**
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
    • Implement strategies to improve customer service and increase retention, resulting in increased customer loyalty.
  • **Sales and Profitability:**
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
    • Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities to drive business growth.
  • **Inventory Management:**
    • Manage inventory levels efficiently, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
    • Oversee ordering and stocking of products, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory reporting.
  • **Financial Oversight:**
    • Monitor financial performance and expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
    • Ensure timely reporting of financial data, providing insights for business decision-making.
  • **Operational Excellence:**
    • Maintain store standards and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

**Requirements:**
  • **Experience:** 3-5 years of retail management experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a similar company.
