- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training opportunities to enhance team performance.

- Implement strategies to improve customer service and increase retention, resulting in increased customer loyalty.
- **Sales and Profitability:**

- Manage inventory levels efficiently, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Oversee ordering and stocking of products, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory reporting.
