Job Overview

This role requires traveling with the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) to various retail locations within a designated area to oversee and implement a range of tasks, including planogram execution, inventory management, merchandise assembly, and signage maintenance. The position necessitates effective interaction with customers and team members to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adapt to varied working hours as necessary
  • Communicate efficiently with the District FAST Supervisor
  • Accurately and promptly complete planograms
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards
  • Conduct store measurements and layout projects
  • Perform precise store inventories
  • Install store signage and assemble merchandise
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Execute other assigned tasks as directed
Qualifications

A High School Diploma is required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with agriculture, ranching, pet/equine care, or welding, along with strong communication, problem-solving, computer, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and effectively resolve issues is essential.

Work Environment
  • Comfortable indoor working conditions with moderate noise levels
  • Shifts vary across locations, typically lasting between 4 to 8 hours
  • Travel between store sites using a personal vehicle
  • Commitment to promoting a safe work environment
Physical Demands
  • Travel as required
  • Move and handle animals, equipment, and merchandise
  • Lift and reach for merchandise, operate store equipment
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
