Job Title: Self Storage Relief Property Manager

Moove In Self Storage is seeking a highly motivated and organized Relief Property Manager to assist with the daily operations of our self-storage facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to understand their storage needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Conduct daily visual inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance and cleanliness issues.
  • Manage daily bank deposits and deliveries to the Post Office.
  • Maintain accurate computer accounting records and petty cash funds.
  • Collect rent, deposits, and fees in a timely manner.
  • Sell retail merchandise, such as locks, packing materials, and boxes.
  • Make past-due calls to delinquent accounts.
  • Participate in training programs and seminars as requested by management.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and Word.
  • Property Management experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to traverse the facility and inspect the entire property in varying weather conditions.
  • Able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Stooping, bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive motion may be required.
Salary:

$20 - $21 per hour
