Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the State of South Carolina. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
