Auria is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to enhance the development and implementation of advanced systems.

The successful candidate will engage in engineering design, integration, and documentation to deliver innovative solutions. This role offers a hybrid work environment, requiring a few days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, implement, integrate, and document technical solutions within the Mission Management System (MMS).


Collaborate closely with system developers, testers, and on-site user support teams to facilitate system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure project goals are achieved.

Provide expert technical guidance and deliver presentations to clients regarding architectures and potential solutions.


Participate in highly technical engineering meetings and support the development of Data Products, including APIs, databases, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), simulations, and Task Automated Operations (TAO).


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship).

Experience in planning or supporting missions utilizing SATCOM constellations.

Familiarity with spacecraft configuration and SATCOM resource allocation.

Knowledge of PTW or similar MF-TDMA waveforms used in satellite communications.

Experience in contributing to and reviewing the development of Interface Control Documents (ICDs).

Experience in use case development and design based on ICDs and requirements.

Experience supporting programs through requirements and design reviews.

Proficiency in Agile Development Processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Agility, Confluence).

Experience working within an agile system development framework, conducting systems engineering tasks for complex systems across multiple teams of developers, engineers, and testers.

Ability to identify and resolve complex issues, propose workarounds, and implement corrective actions across various systems and components.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demonstration events.

Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:
Current U.S. Government TOP SECRET security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship).

Experience leading System Engineering initiatives for software development teams.

Experience in creating and maintaining XML and JSON schemas.

Familiarity with other engineering disciplines (systems, hardware, testing, configuration management, and quality engineering) and their interactions with software engineering.

Salary Range:
$94,000 - $173,000

Engineer Level 3:
Bachelor's degree and seven or more years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with four or more years of relevant experience.

Engineer Level 4:
Bachelor's degree and 12 or more years of experience, or a Master's degree with nine or more years of experience.

Engineer Level 5:
Bachelor's degree and 16 or more years of experience, or a Master's degree with 12 or more years of experience.
