About the Role

Vizient is seeking a highly skilled Product Advisor to join our team. As a Product Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our analytic solutions to healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with provider staff and the analytic solutions coordinator to drive engagement and maximize value from Vizient's analytic solutions.
  • Provide training, education, and ongoing support to ensure providers have a successful customer service experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned providers and foster networking opportunities among other Vizient analytics solution users.
  • Work closely with Vizient providers, Vizient team members, and IT to enhance products and services and improve operational, clinical, and financial performance.
  • Provide Tier 2 support of analytical products, monitoring trends, and providing feedback to development teams.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in healthcare, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative setting, meet deadlines, balance multiple priorities, and achieve high levels of productivity while maintaining accuracy.
  • Experience with clinical quality data and performance improvement initiatives or supply chain data in a healthcare environment desired.
  • Clinical Data Base (CDB) and data analysis experience preferred.
  • Healthcare software implementation, knowledge of relational databases, business intelligence tools, and training experience (EPIC, Cerner, McKesson, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to a variety of audiences.
  • Solid knowledge of all MS Office products highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
What We Offer

Vizient offers a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive salary range of $68,500.00 to $109,000.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
