About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Beauty Advisor to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Seasonal Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, product knowledge, and recommendations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest, answering questions about products and services, and making recommendations to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
  • Participate in completing merchandise resets, planograms, marketing and advertising displays, physical inventory procedures, and processing/unloading shipments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, troubleshoot, and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale system and Apple devices.
