Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and communication to meet production goals and implement process enhancements.

  • Collaborate with the Training Team to uphold safety and quality benchmarks, ensuring all team members are adequately trained and cross-trained.

  • Champion Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or at least 12 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and a strong background in operations, process enhancement, and training.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • The ability to support 24/7 operations and adjust work schedules as necessary.
