Key Responsibilities:
The Project Operations Leader will oversee project order entry, financial operations, and vendor procurement for new equipment initiatives. This role is crucial in auditing, processing, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of project data through our ERP systems.
Collaboration:
This position will guide the sales team through the project closeout process, fostering teamwork, driving continuous improvement, and supporting operational and service teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Degree in Business or Accounting, or 5 years of related billing/administrative experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail to identify discrepancies in project billings
- Ability to lead and direct cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with accounting and billing practices is advantageous
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience handling a high volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting.
