Business Development Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Manager to serve as a liaison between our esteemed clients and their customer base. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a customer-centric approach, and a keen understanding of our clients' needs. As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, creating brand visibility, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present products and services to customers, completing the sales process with qualified individuals
- Deliver exceptional customer service through every interaction, both internal and external
- Meet sales targets and KPIs, adhering to our Quality Assurance Department's standards
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our clients' products, services, sales processes, and new technologies
- Track, analyze, and manage sales projections on a daily and weekly basis
- Report sales activity to our Quality Assurance Department to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment is required
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capacity to build relationships and connect with diverse groups of people
- Excitement about working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
