We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietician to join our team at Ochsner Extended Care Hospital. This is a PRN position on the LTAC floor, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
About the Role:- Develop and implement personalized nutritional plans based on patient assessments.
- Evaluate and report results of nutritional assessments, providing recommendations for home care personnel.
- Communicate with care coordinators and case managers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and safety of patient records, adhering to organizational policies.
- Registered by the Commission of Dietetic Registration.
- Current CPR certification.
- LA State licensure required.
