Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at York Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and making a significant impact in the healthcare community.

Responsibilities:

Provide nutritional care and support to patients
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized plans for patients
Educate patients and families on healthy eating habits and nutrition

Requirements:

Current Maine license/certification as a Registered Dietitian
At least two years of recent experience as a Registered Dietitian in a Hospital setting
Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
2 current Clinical References
Physical requirements: TB Records, Tdap/Flu vaccinations, Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
