Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Catholic Health Initiatives. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computed tomography and diagnostic scans, obtaining patient history, and maintaining patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform computed tomography and diagnostic scans in accordance with established practices and procedures.
  • Obtain patient history, explain routine procedures, and address patient concerns.
  • Maintain patient records and files.
  • Perform general CT procedures and assist with CT-guided IVR procedures.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
  • Comply with National Patient Safety goals and support and report any identified compliance matters.
  • Participate in hospital and department quality assurance programs to ensure safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional development and education for technical competency.
  • Use standard precautions and PPE at all times.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and licensure for current position.
  • Attend all required educational programs and utilize resources efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Possess and maintain certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT).
  • State of Kentucky License required.
  • BLS from American Heart Association upon hire.
