Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, PLC, welding, and tooling issues on plant equipment and production equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, belt replacement, and bearing replacement.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance and Engineering team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of plant equipment and production processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in manufacturing maintenance or engineering.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.
Working Conditions

The work environment is a manufacturing facility with moderate noise levels and varying temperatures. The employee will be required to work near moving mechanical parts and equipment, and may be exposed to electrical shock when working with electrical components.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and may be required to work at heights.
