Comtech Systems, Inc (CSI) is on the lookout for skilled Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level III professionals. These individuals will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity and security of our information systems. The IAM will assess the long-term information assurance needs of our enclaves and determine acquisition requirements to meet strategic objectives. This role involves establishing and implementing information security protocols and navigating the DoD certification and accreditation landscape. Successful candidates will demonstrate effective collaboration, a robust work ethic, and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidates will be accountable for:
- Obtaining and maintaining relevant IA certifications
- Achieving IAM Level III certification within six months
- Understanding the DOD Risk Management Framework and the Certification and Accreditation process
- Knowledge of IA policies, procedures, and structures for secure enclave maintenance
- Proficiency in various security assessment and scanning tools
- Monitoring operations and implementing corrective measures
- Providing support for IA applications
- Analyzing security breaches and potential vulnerabilities
- Configuring and optimizing network devices to align with security protocols
- Implementing security requirements across operating systems
- Managing security incidents and supporting exercise scenarios
- Collaborating with privileged users to resolve IA challenges
Required Skills:
All candidates should possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Over 10 years of management experience
- Strong communication abilities
- Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Management or Cyber Security is preferred, or eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in maintaining relevant certifications
Certification Requirements:
All candidates should hold one of the following certifications:
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- CISSP (or Associate)
- GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)
- Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
