The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, procurement, and logistics, with experience in developing and executing strategies for sourcing, procurement, and logistics across multiple facilities. They will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to establish and lead cross-functional teams, direct market analysis, and implement global category cost reduction strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve procurement goals and objectives.
  • Direct market analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier improvement.
  • Implement global category cost reduction strategies to drive business results.
  • Lead negotiations, RFx, supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and compliance within commodity groups.
  • Spearhead vendor management and supplier base development.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance and compliance with contractual agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or procurement, or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
