Lake Oswego, Oregon, United States The Springs Living Full time

We're committed to changing the way people think, feel, and experience senior living. To achieve this, we prioritize quality in our services and housing options for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. As an employer, we also prioritize quality to enhance our employees' lives.

We're looking for individuals who are authentic and have warmth in how they approach and care for people. As a Medication Technician, you'll be responsible for administering or assisting residents to self-administer medications and treatments. You'll also communicate with physicians, implement physician's orders, report and document pertinent information, and perform other duties assigned by the health services supervisor.

Additionally, Medication Technicians work as on-floor supervisors, leading teams on shift. We're seeking individuals with a proven ability to lead teams effectively.

Caregiver Role

We're seeking to fill full or part-time positions for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Our small community feel, beautifully designed, includes 33 apartment homes and a variety of amenities. Each day, we help our residents live well with grace and dignity.

As a Caregiver, you'll assist residents with their daily routines, which can include helping them bathe, dress, or eat. If you're new to the field of healthcare, we provide all the necessary training to be successful. We also offer optional ongoing training classes online and in-person to further your career development.

Why Work with Us?

  • We have an excellent staff-to-resident ratio, ensuring balanced caregiver assignments.
  • We're a supportive and caring work environment.
  • We offer a generous benefits package after 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance.
  • We provide annual student scholarships for our staff or their family members.
  • We offer Health Express – free virtual doctor visits for employees and their families (no insurance required).
  • We have a New Direction Employee Assistance Program.
  • We prioritize career growth and promote from within.
  • We offer gym access – private access for residents and staff – a state-of-the-art fitness center, pool, and hot tub.

We're in compliance with the State of Oregon's requirement that all workers in a healthcare setting be fully vaccinated. Religious and medical exceptions will be recognized within the terms of the rule.
