This position involves hosting a variety of events, including corporate meetings, intimate gatherings, and spectacular weddings within our expansive 20,000 square feet of adaptable event space.

The Event Sales Manager is responsible for attracting clients, securing event bookings, detailing event requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell event spaces, packages, and additional services to generate sales leads and identify new clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and event agreements in alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to discuss event details.
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to guarantee smooth event planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure essential resources for events, including equipment, rentals, and decorations.
  • Oversee event setup, manage the flow of events, and address any last-minute changes or issues to ensure a flawless experience for clients and attendees.

Required Skills:
Exceptional organizational abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Trustworthy and results-oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and availability for various shifts. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in hotel/resort/event sales or equivalent industry experience is required; or a combination of education and work experience.
