Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Probility Therapy Services. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our physical therapists in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists in conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Provide direct patient care, including exercises, modalities, and other treatments as prescribed by the physical therapist.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
