Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director to develop marketing and promotional strategies, including social media advertisements and local media outreach.
  • Possess a strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Generate creative content, engagement initiatives, and content schedules for all channels.
  • Compile and submit 'Real Weddings' features to diverse publications.
  • Gather and organize photos, narratives, and information for multiple formats.
  • Coordinate with vendors to secure images and necessary approvals.
  • Oversee photo shoots, marketing events, tastings, and more.
  • Partner with the SEO consultant and Graphic Designer to ensure all content and images are up-to-date and the website is optimized.
  • Work alongside PR firms, Graphic Designers, Printers, and SEO Consultants on all marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of advertisements and conversions, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create new sales strategies, advertising campaigns, and promotions.
  • Identify new opportunities for Saphire Event Group to engage in local community events, activities, and fundraisers to promote our services.
  • Maintain and update the digital asset library.
  • Explore new partnership opportunities for marketing across social media platforms.
  • Develop and distribute quarterly newsletters and email blasts.
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget for advertising campaigns, including online and print initiatives.
  • Establish budgets for monthly social media advertising.
  • Encourage and facilitate the posting of reviews on social media, wedding platforms, and magazines.
  • Enhance job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, and networking.
  • Exhibit professionalism and positive interactions with colleagues, clients, and vendors to promote a supportive workplace environment.
  • Uphold service quality by implementing and adhering to Saphire Event Group's policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Availability for occasional evenings and weekends as required.
  • Travel to all venues as necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of deadlines.
  • Exceptional copywriting and creative writing abilities.
  • Capability to produce unique, engaging, and effective content across various mediums.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Graphic Design proficiency, particularly with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience in photography and video editing is a plus.
