We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to support our Accounts Payable / Receivable department. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to perform general ledger duties, handle invoicing and payment processing, and maintain accurate spreadsheets and data entry. Your exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel. Job Description: As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our finance team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • General Ledger Duties: Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring the integrity of our financial records.
  • Invoicing and Payment Processing: Prepare and send invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Spreadsheets and Data Entry: Maintain accurate spreadsheets and perform data entry tasks to support our financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Accounting Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with a focus on financial operations.
  • Excellent Data Entry and Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
