Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CIP Valve and Pump Operator to join our team at Publix. As a key member of our dairy operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the sanitary equipment and environment necessary for the production of food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain sanitary equipment and environment to ensure food product quality and safety
  • Operate, monitor, and understand CIP systems and COP systems
  • Perform manual and hand cleaning of valve and equipment parts
  • Operate and maintain equipment in the CIP room
  • Perform preventative maintenance on valve and pump equipment
  • Maintain accurate written HACCP reports and preventative maintenance checklists
  • Coordinate with the Parts department to ensure valve and pump equipment supplies are on hand
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of CIP systems and equipment maintenance. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our dairy production facilities.
