Job Summary

The Systems Analyst I is a key member of the Christus Health team, responsible for providing technical support and configuration for various healthcare applications. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and provide technical support for healthcare applications
  • Collaborate with users to resolve technical issues and improve application performance
  • Contribute to analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation of assigned applications
  • Assist with problem analysis and resolution within software applications
  • Provide support for maintenance and upgrades
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, information systems)
  • 4 years of experience in an IT discipline or healthcare operations
  • Proficient or certified status in one supported module (e.g. Epic) within 6 months of start date
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Environment

The Systems Analyst I will work in a 24/7 environment, providing support during off-hours, weekends, and holidays. May be required to travel to perform duties. May be required to work outside of normal working hours during on-call rotation or during significant outages or due to project demands.
