**Job Summary**

CF Legal Recruiting and Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intellectual Property Paralegal Specialist to join our team. As an IP Prosecution and Enforcement Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our business team in acting as a liaison with outside IP counsel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform daily case management tasks, including organization and maintenance of trademarks, copyrights, and patent dockets;
  • Conduct factual research to compile infringement evidence for enforcement on retail platforms, lawsuits, and/or cease & desist letters;
  • Support business team in acting as a liaison with outside IP counsel;
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in IP prosecution and enforcement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records and reports;
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record;
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organization and communication skills;
  • At least 2 years of legal assistant support experience required;
  • At least 2 years of practical work experience, ideally in a detail-oriented, professional office environment;
  • Basic understanding of litigation preferred;
  • Exceptional Excel and Adobe skills;
  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • Proficiency in docketing and online research and internet search resources (LexisNexis, Pacer, etc.);
  • Experience in online intellectual property enforcement (Amazon Brand Registry);
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently, as well as in a team setting, to manage competing deadlines and assignments;
  • Confident and highly motivated personality.
