Job Overview

As a Commercial Refrigeration Technician with Talent Strategy, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-ins, and small self-contained units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the continuous operation of refrigeration systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, using appropriate gear and techniques while working and driving.
  • Provide service in a 24/7 environment, including on-call responsibilities as needed.
  • Utilize computer skills, including the use of a tablet in the field.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor with colleagues, clients, and others, while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Willingness to support service needs in other geographic areas is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Commercial HVAC/R – Minimum 3 years' experience
  • Clean Driving Record
  • EPA Certification
