About the Role:

The Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a skilled HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our HVAC systems, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including equipment and controls
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Assist with installations, modifications, and repairs of HVAC systems
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with operations team and management
  • Monitor and report any issues or concerns with equipment or systems

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance or HVAC field
  • CFC License
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
