Espresso Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Espresso Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing commercial espresso equipment, including coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial espresso equipment
- Communicate with manufacturers for assistance with diagnoses and parts identification
- Install parts ordered for customers promptly and in accordance with company policies
- Promote and recommend additional services provided by our company to customers when appropriate
- Perform administrative tasks, including work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of technical experience in maintenance, HVAC, commercial kitchen equipment, commercial coffee equipment, refrigeration, or a related field
- HVAC/Technical school experience is also applicable
