Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Product Management - Technical to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving the strategy for our device infrastructure to solve customer problems.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of team management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. They will also have experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of Global Robotics, Operations, and Supply Chain business units. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate and influence others, and will be a results-oriented, customer-focused product manager who gets excited about starting from scratch, running hard, and delivering compelling solutions for our associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our product management team and develop our people.
  • Set the overall product vision and direction for the Networking space.
  • Work with engineering teams to translate customer needs into workable technology solutions that scale operationally.
  • Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction.
  • Define and prioritize features and requirements and see them through from ideation to sprint planning and delivery.
  • Perform customer interviews and surveys, and analyze metrics.
