Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service and value to our members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell and promote AAA products and services to members, identifying and recommending relevant solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and branch goals, reinforcing the value of AAA membership and driving business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on AAA products, services, and operations, demonstrating a strong knowledge and understanding of our offerings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, and adapt to changing business needs.
