Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors, physicians, and members, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Kaiser Permanente quality, safety, and emergency policies and procedures is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice.
