Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage large plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Design plumbing systems and select appropriate materials, taking into account safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Train and mentor junior plumbing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
Requirements
  • Valid master plumber's license.
  • Backflow certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Plumbing.
  • Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • High School Diploma or GED: Required as a basic educational foundation.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
  • Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
