About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hospitality Services Coordinator at StepStone Hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring seamless communication with guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, and escort instructions as needed.
  • Communication: Sort and track incoming mail and messages, transmit and receive messages via various communication channels, and answer inquiries related to hotel services, guest registration, and local directions.
  • Room Management: Maintain accurate records of room availability and rates, compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guests.
  • Reservations: Make, confirm, and cancel reservations via all communication avenues and post charges to guest bills when necessary.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately report information and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Willingness to assist with various office tasks and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Education and Training: High school education required; relevant training and experience preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid: Certification in CPR and first aid training is preferred.
  • Additional Language Ability: Additional language ability is a plus.
  • Availability: Flexible availability required, including third shift.
Compensation and Benefits
