Job SummaryWe are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and providing patient care
- Process prescriptions and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move about the pharmacy
