Job Title: QA/QC Technician

Actalent is seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Technician to join our team. As a QA/QC Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and record quality data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform and record incoming inspections on all raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Conduct in-process quality control and quality assurance tests on products to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain an inventory of laboratory resins and perform and maintain records of testing equipment calibrations.
  • Issue and control Return Authorizations forms and monitor all non-conforming products.
  • Assist the Quality Manager in reviewing incoming orders to establish correct specifications by preparing, revising, and issuing Product Control Plans.
  • Update and maintain QC spreadsheet record revisions and perform and maintain current revisions of quality documentation.
  • Perform and monitor customer quality issues, corrective and preventative actions, and cost of quality determination.
Requirements:
  • Quality GMP experience.
Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Butler, Indiana.

Laboratory / GMP manufacturing, climate-controlled, recently expanded facility with new lab and quality areas.
