Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at a leading ISO 13485 certified medical device manufacturer in Butler, WI. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by ensuring the quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Perform floor inspections on in-house, customer, and supplier parts using established procedures
- Maintain accurate inspection data in the Inspection Process Sheet
- Issue Material Review Board (MRB) reports for non-conforming products
- Communicate findings to Shift Production Supervisors
- Provide guidance to operators on Visual Inspection Criteria (VIC)
- Operate specialized equipment including computerized optical comparators and coordinate measuring machines
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Basic computer skills, including Excel
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Familiarity with ISO 9000/13485 fundamentals (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
