Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties, as well as leading and training a team of housekeeping associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of assigned suites and public areas
  • Ensure associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Train and enforce safety standards, identifying and retraining associates as needed
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning
  • Verify and update room status, and randomly inspect rooms for cleanliness
  • Perform opening and closing shift duties, and notify management of maintenance repairs
  • Monitor hotel cleanliness, including parking lot and exterior entrances
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required, and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years in leadership housekeeping position
  • Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
  • Basic computer skills, ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members, with excellent time management skills
