Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
  • Assist with snow removal and other weather-related tasks
  • Participate in office relocations and other special projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid State driver's license with a good driving record
  • Above average mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to read blueprints

Physical Guidelines:

  • Ability to move, remain in a stationary position, and lift heavy objects
  • Capability to climb ladders and operate equipment
