Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal, to ensure a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including oil absorbent application and bulb replacement, to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including garage sweep sheets and inventory of janitorial supplies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, including providing support during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • License: Valid state-issued driver's license required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly, and to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
