Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Safariland Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and fax.
  • Coordinate customer contacts to ensure timely and accurate handling and processing within established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with assigned accounts.
  • Meet all assigned responsibilities and goals.
  • Receive, document, coordinate, and complete business transactions and requests accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate on-time delivery of products and services.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and team projects.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, peers, and managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor of Customer Care.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service experience required.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Basic understanding of telephony concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to coordinate with various levels of management within different functional areas.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
