Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Safariland Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and fax.
- Coordinate customer contacts to ensure timely and accurate handling and processing within established policies and procedures.
- Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with assigned accounts.
- Meet all assigned responsibilities and goals.
- Receive, document, coordinate, and complete business transactions and requests accurately and timely.
- Coordinate on-time delivery of products and services.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and team projects.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, peers, and managers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor of Customer Care.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service experience required.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Basic understanding of telephony concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to coordinate with various levels of management within different functional areas.
- Experience with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
