Customer Service Representative Job Summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our quick service restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to our guests
  • Serve food and beverages in a clean and welcoming environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Prioritize tasks to meet the needs of our guests and the kitchen
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • Basic computer and POS knowledge
  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
