Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Leader (TBL) to join our team in Chicago, Tinley Park, and NW Indiana. As a TBL, you will be responsible for promoting the adoption of Sequel products and services in your territory. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
- Partner with Clinical Diabetes Specialists (CDS) to develop and execute territory plans to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, advanced practitioners, and certified diabetes care and education specialists.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive continued adoption and growth of Sequel products.
- Collaborate with customer care and sales support teams to optimize the user experience and resolve customer issues.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Valid driver's license.
For the Senior TBL role:
- 4+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices preferred.
