About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Representative to join our team at WithMe, Inc. As a key member of our service operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering and servicing our coffee and printing solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their equipment is installed, serviced, and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Install, program, calibrate, and maintain bean-to-cup coffee equipment, as well as troubleshoot coffee equipment both on-site and over the phone.
  • Manage inventory of all parts and tools, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Visit clients to provide ongoing operational checks, product delivery, preventative maintenance, and water filter changes.
  • Support our fleet of wireless printer stations as needed to ensure optimal operation and implementation for new customers.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer success teams for smooth service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer service-related roles.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within a designated region, with occasional overnight travel.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a vehicle.
  • Basic plumbing knowledge or willingness to learn.
