Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Engineer III to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of tools and equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance and repairs of hotel equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of hotel facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical background preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel engineering or maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
